At least the system we have now makes candidtaes go to Iowa, South Carolina, Mississippi, etc... This would have to be addressed in my opinion, or big city politics would rule DC, as things which benefit where the big cities most would be in control. Not saying what we have is perfect, but why would candidates ever campiagn outside of NY, LA, CHicago, etc..
